Having the "right" trailer for your specific boat is one of the most overlooked things when buying a boat or replacing an old trailer.

Alloy Trailers NZ was founded by Andrew Carlson in 2012 and has undergone constant testing and design improvements since then. The continuing demand for a great looking top quality trailer has resulted in the business ramping up production. Until now Alloy Trailers NZ have been predominantly built as an aftermarket upgrade for new Surtees boat/trailer/motor packages however we now have facilities for other brands of trailer boats between 4.0m and 9.2m (3500kg)

The trailer frame has been engineered to give the maximum strength whist retaining some flexibility in the which is important to minimize potential point loading during rough beach launching and while towing the boat on uneven access roads. The single piece custom extruded longitudinal frame eliminates a highly loaded weld point which can be a troublesome part of an Alloy trailer.

All welding is done by a certified contractor. Alloy Trailers NZ have a 5 year warranty.
